Physical Products (Books and Book Boxes)

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Ashes of Reality LLC is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Sales Policy - All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchase, digital or physical, except in the case of defective or damaged items as described below.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a physical book or book box that is defective or was damaged in transit, you are eligible for an exchange. To request an exchange:

1. Contact us at info@beverlylanderson.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographic evidence.
3. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether an item qualifies as defective or damaged.

We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with story content that was disclosed in the product description and trigger warnings
- Digital products (ebooks), except in cases of technical delivery failure

Payments

All transactions are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service. Ashes of Reality LLC does not store your payment card details.

If a payment is declined or a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend access to digital purchases associated with that transaction until the matter is resolved.
