This page covers all shipping and return information for purchases made at beverlylanderson.com. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Shipping - Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Digital Products (Ebooks)
Ebooks are delivered electronically and have no shipping cost or shipping time. After your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link via email.
If you experience a technical issue with your download (broken link, corrupted file, etc.), contact us at info@beverlylanderson.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical Products - Two Fulfillment Types
Physical books and book boxes are fulfilled one of two ways depending on availability. Please check the product listing before ordering - the listing will indicate whether the item is in stock or out of stock.
In-Stock Items
If a physical book or book box is listed as In Stock, that means we have it on hand and ready to ship.
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1 week of purchase.
- Carrier: USPS Ground Shipping
- Estimated delivery: Up to 2 weeks after shipment, depending on your location.
Out-of-Stock / Print-to-Order Items
If a physical book is listed as Out of Stock, that means it needs to be printed before it can be shipped to you. This is print-on-demand fulfillment and takes significantly longer.
- Total estimated timeframe: 6–8 weeks from the date of your order. This accounts for:
1. Printing and production time
2. Shipping from the printer to us
3. Shipping from us to you via USPS Ground
We will notify you by email when your order has shipped and provide tracking information at that time.
Please do not order out-of-stock physical items if you need them by a specific date. We cannot guarantee delivery windows for print-to-order items beyond the 6–8 week estimate.
Book Boxes
Book boxes are physical products and follow the same fulfillment types above (In Stock or Out of Stock/Print-to-Order) depending on the listing. Box contents may include physical books, merchandise, and other items. All box contents are disclosed in the product listing.
Order Issues and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the processing window for your item type, contact us at info@beverlylanderson.com with your order number.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ashes of Reality LLC is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges - All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchase, digital or physical.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
If your physical book or book box arrives defective or damaged in transit, you are eligible for an exchange. To request one:
1. Email info@beverlylanderson.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
We reserve the right to determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether an item qualifies as defective or damaged.
Exchanges are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with content that was disclosed in the product description and trigger warnings
- Ebooks or other digital products (except technical delivery failures as noted above)
