Health Journey Update Number One
Come along on my journey to better health.
HEALTHMEDICATIONSSYMPTOMS
So, I'm going to post on Sundays how the journey is going. It's not about weight loss so much as it is about health and feeling better. I kind of have a target weight, but I'm not tied to it. It's really a matter of feeling better. So, today, I'm going to list what I deal with each day, and what I take for each thing. Maybe it will help someone feel better about their issues and meds.

Symptom Management
Managing the fatigue a little better, still present but feel like I can stay awake longer periods. Focus is not great, but I'm working to maintain it on what I'm doing. Managing pain with Tylenol and ibuprofen, limiting ibuprofen usage due to the stomach issues. Headaches are better with hydration. Attempting to drink 128 ounces a day. My water bottle is 32 ounces, so I will need to refill four times to reach that goal. I also am limiting soda intake to weekends and two 16 oz bottles each day during the week, and focusing on water and tea or water with flavored packets. Working on cooking each night to get a balanced meal rather than eating sandwiches and other stuff that I can eat out of the fridge and freezer. Day intake is difficult as I forget to eat but I have set reminders on my phone for small meals and snacks throughout the day to help maintain sugar levels due to the possibility of lows with the meds I take. Attempting to get at least 3000 steps at work each day, may increase with tolerance of foot pain.
